Terms

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms explain how our website works and the rules that apply when you buy from us. Please read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll explain.

1. Who we are

Cherish Digitals is the trading name of Bethany-Cherish May, a sole trader based in Brighton, UK. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cherish Digitals, and "you" means the person or business using our website or buying from us.

2. Using our website

Our website tells you about our services. We keep it up to date, but we don't promise it's always complete, accurate or available.

Everything on the site, including text, designs and our logo, belongs to us. You may share links to it, but please don't copy it or use it for your own business without our written permission.

The website links to other services, such as Skool, Calendly, Stripe and social media platforms. We're not responsible for those services, and their own terms apply when you use them.

3. What we sell

Service How you buy Price
Social media audit Online, through Stripe £97
1:1 strategy session (one hour) Online, through Stripe £197
The Visible Female Founders community Online, through Skool Monthly subscription, shown in US dollars on Skool
Her 3-Day Content Engine Online, through the booking page Shown on the booking page
Social media management packages Written agreement after a call From £997 a month, 3-month minimum

Prices on the website are the full price you pay, unless we tell you otherwise before you buy. A contract between us starts when your payment goes through, or, for management packages, when we both sign the agreement.

4. Social media audit

After you pay, we'll ask for your account details and a few questions about your business. We'll send your written audit within 7 working days of receiving everything we need. The audit is a review of your profile, content and messaging, with a clear action plan.

5. 1:1 strategy sessions

After you pay, you'll get a link to book your session. Sessions take place online and last one hour.

  • Please book your session within 3 months of paying.
  • You can move your session once, free of charge, if you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
  • If you miss a session without telling us, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the session counts as used.
  • If we need to move a session, we'll offer you a new time as soon as possible, or a full refund if no new time suits you.

6. The Visible Female Founders community

The community runs on Skool. Skool takes your payment, and Skool's own terms also apply.

  • Founding rate. If you join at the founding rate, you keep that rate for as long as your membership continues without a break. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the price at that time.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your Skool settings. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Refunds. Monthly payments aren't refunded once that month has started, because you get immediate access to the full library. If something has gone wrong with a payment, message us and we'll sort it.
  • Community rules. Members agree to the community rules shown in Skool. We may remove anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks them. If we remove you, we'll cancel your subscription so you aren't charged again.
  • Changes to the content. We add and update lessons regularly, so the library may change over time.

7. Her 3-Day Content Engine

The dates, what's included and the cancellation terms for each cohort are shown on the booking page before you pay. Those terms form part of your contract with us.

8. Social media management packages

Management packages are provided under a separate written agreement, which we'll send you before you start. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

9. If you're buying as a consumer

Most people who buy from us do so for their business. If you're buying as an individual for purposes mainly outside your business, you're a "consumer", and UK law gives you extra rights, including those below. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

Your 14-day right to cancel. You can usually cancel within 14 days of buying a service online, without giving a reason.

  • If you ask us to start the service within those 14 days, for example by booking a session or sending us your audit details, and then cancel, we'll refund what you paid minus a fair amount for the work already done.
  • Once the service has been fully provided at your request, you no longer have the right to cancel it.
  • For the community, by joining and opening the classroom straight away, you ask for access to start immediately and agree that you lose your right to cancel once you've accessed the digital content.

To cancel, email us within the 14 days, saying what you want to cancel. We'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

10. Results

Every business is different, and results from social media depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms themselves. We don't guarantee any particular number of followers, views, enquiries, clients or income.

Our lessons, audits and sessions are education and guidance about social media and marketing. They aren't legal, financial or tax advice.

11. Your content and ours

Our materials. Our lessons, worksheets, templates, prompts and recordings are for your own business use only. Please don't share them outside the community, resell them or use them to teach others.

Your content. You keep ownership of anything you post in the community or send to us. You give us permission to display it inside the community and to use it to deliver our services to you. We'll ask your permission before we use your words or results publicly, such as in a testimonial.

12. Our responsibility to you

We'll provide our services with reasonable care and skill.

We're not responsible for:

  • losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen
  • problems caused by social media platforms, Skool, Stripe, Calendly or other services we don't control, including outages, rule changes and decisions they make about your account
  • delays caused by events outside our reasonable control

If you're a business customer, our total responsibility for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we're not responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.

If you're a consumer, we're responsible for foreseeable loss and damage that we cause. We don't provide our services for any business purpose of a consumer, so we're not responsible for lost profits or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

13. Your information

We use your personal information as explained in our privacy policy.

14. Complaints

If something isn't right, please email us first. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to put things right quickly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on this page when you buy.

16. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
